  • Acting as a “hands-on,” “eyes-on,” support person from a distance
  • Providing support for older adults who may not know who to turn to
  • Conducting a general home safety check and offering suggestions
  • Connecting you with service providers
  • Assisting you to find reliable evidence-based information related to your needs and concerns
  • Helping you understand your health insurance (like coverage and billing) and disability policy (or Social Security Disability)
  • Offering brief counseling, listening, coaching, and normalizing your experiences in life
